Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our growing PropTech team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, understands digital systems, and can help new users get started smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients and explain how our PropTech solution can benefit them
- Manage inbound leads and guide them through the sales process
- Understand our platform and confidently walk clients through features
- Support new users during onboarding and ensure they are set up correctly
- Build strong customer relationships and provide simple, clear product guidance
- Work closely with our internal team to improve user experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales (PropTech or SaaS is a bonus, but not required)
- Comfortable learning and using digital systems
- Strong English communication and people skills
- Ability to explain things in a simple, friendly way
- Organized, proactive, and good with follow-ups
- A team player with a positive attitude

Pay: £1.00-£20.00 per hour
