The successful candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, securing new instructions, developing market share, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Working closely with vendors, buyers and colleagues, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:
- Leading, motivating and developing the residential sales team
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Driving new business generation and increasing market share
- Managing applicant, vendor and buyer relationships throughout the sales process
- Supporting and overseeing sales progression through to completion
- Delivering branch performance against revenue and activity targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Proven ability to generate business and secure instructions
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Professional, confident and personable approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive performance and achieve targets
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
