What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:
- Carrying out property valuations and securing new instructions
- Generating new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Managing residential sales activity from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and applicants
- Negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales transactions
- Supporting branch performance and contributing to business growth objectives
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within residential estate agency sales is essential
- Significant experience carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- Ability to value and list properties confidently and effectively
- Proven track record demonstrating properties instructed and successfully sold
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
