What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager:
- Managing and improving sales performance across the branch
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a successful sales team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Conducting valuations, property viewings and negotiating offers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities and instructions
- Working closely with colleagues across departments to maximise opportunities
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within residential estate agency at Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager level
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building ability
- Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the South West London property market, ideally Morden and surrounding areas
- Positive, proactive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
