You will play a central role in growing our Sales and Lettings portfolio, building relationships, generating new business and guiding clients from first enquiry through to completion. We invest heavily in our team, offering continual on the job training, structured development, external training days and direct mentorship from experienced industry professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional property viewings and secure offers
• Win new vendor and landlord instructions to increase stock levels
• Register and qualify buyers and tenants
• Match applicants to suitable properties
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords
• Generate new business through prospecting and structured follow up
• Support sales and tenancy progression from offer to completion
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage

Who We Are Looking For

• Confident, proactive and target driven
• Impeccable communication and negotiation skills
• Highly professional and well presented
• Commercially minded with strong ambition
• Resilient, energetic and eager to progress
• Sales or estate agency experience helpful but not essential
• Full UK driving license essential

Salary and Commission

• 10% commission on personal sales
• 15% commission on personal listings
• £100–£200 bonus per new landlord or vendor instruction
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Uncapped earnings
• Realistic on target earnings £45,000–£65,000+
• Top performers exceed this
