About Job:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
· Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
· Must have experience in business development & sales experience
· Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
· Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
· You are responsible for working with customer base through strategic and consultative approach to win new business prospects.
· Must have experience in finding and working with the Sales lead for the client-facing environment and meeting with a new client for requirements
· Managing strategically full sales process from lead through to closing the new business opportunities.
· Must have experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of prospects
· Must be able to gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers and breaking into net new business in assigned territory
· Must be able to generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities. Nurture early-stage Salesforce opportunities
· Must be able to manage inbound Sales leads that are driven by outbound effort
· Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
· You will be working with Technical Engineer or Solution Architect effectively and communicating high value proposals and presentations.
· You will be given help for the demo by Technical Engineer or Solution Architect.
· Work with lead to convert into opportunity. Identify key decision-makers within new Salesforce lead or prospect
· Must be able to partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
· Work with online collaboration activity and campaign to generate new business opportunity.
· Help with creating YouTube, LinkedIn social media content that help you to win new business opportunity.
· You will collaborate with team use company website and Salesforce ecosystem to generate new business opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· 3+ Years of Sales and Business Development Experience
· You should aware consultative sales process and have well connected network would be very helpful but not essential.
· Working with lead for the client facing environment and meeting with new client for requirements.
· You will have very well communication skills and outstanding listening skills.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Development.
· Sales & account management experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
