The £70,000 OTE is not a ceiling. It is the absolute minimum we expect you to be taking home. If you aren’t tracking to clear £70k, you aren’t performing at the level we require.

Absolute Sales Confidence:
You prefer a low basic and massive uncapped commission because you trust your ability to back up your words with results.
Ultimate High Performance:
You don’t just hit targets; you smash them. You have a proven track record of being the top biller and can prove it with hard numbers.
Total Focus:
You are ready to work full-time from our office. We require an exclusive commitment—concurrent employment, freelance projects, or side-hustles are not permitted once you start.
Pipeline Mastery:
You know exactly what a pipeline is, how to build it from scratch, how to nurture it, and exactly how to close it.
Prospecting Expertise:
You aren’t waiting for inbound leads. You know how to source, cold-call, pick up the phone, and open doors.
Mobility & Drive:
You must have the ability to travel independently to meet business needs whenever a high-value deal requires a face-to-face handshake.
B2B sales or commercial debt collection experience is highly preferred, but if you are an elite closer from another fast-paced industry, we want to hear from you.
