Sales Enquiry Centre Consultant

About You
You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy speaking with people from all walks of life. You’ll thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working towards targets and be motivated by achieving results as part of a team.
You will also have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone, email, live chat and video
- The ability to quickly build rapport and understand customer needs
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence discussing offers, figures and pricing information professionally
- The ability to work towards individual and team targets
- A willingness to learn about Ancaster brands, products and services
Previous experience within the motor trade, customer service, contact centre or any customer-facing sales environment would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Sales Enquiry Centre Consultant, you’ll be part of a fun, supportive and high-performing team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to dealership appointment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, live chat and video
- Making outbound calls to arrange appointments and test drives
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements
- Providing accurate information on vehicles, offers and additional products
- Working with finance and customer management systems to process information
- Supporting dealerships by coordinating appointments and customer activity
- Developing a strong understanding of the Ancaster sales process and company standards
- Keeping up to date with new vehicle technology, products and market trends
- Working collaboratively with dealership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays on a rota 9am – 1pm
- Bank holidays on a rota, 10am – 4pm
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
