2. Product & Service Promotion

• Present Pal Pizza’s products and services to potential partners, distributors, online platforms, and community organisations.

Develop promotional strategies to enhance the visibility of Pal Pizza within the local area and neighbouring towns.

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct continuous market research to analyse current market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.Use data insights to recommend menu adjustments, introduce new products, or refine pricing strategies.
• Strategic Partnership Development

Build strong partnerships with local businesses, delivery platforms, distributors, and suppliers.Negotiate collaboration opportunities that enhance brand presence and improve operational efficiency.PAL PIZZA OPOC

• Sales Pipeline & Relationship Management
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial lead generation to closing partnership agreements.Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, partners, and high-value customers tosupport consistent revenue
• Business Strategy & Growth Initiatives

Develop and implement business strategies to enter new markets and increase market share.Monitor performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements to support long-term business growth.

• Contract Negotiation
• Negotiate and finalise contracts with new partners, delivery apps, local distributors, and service providers.
• Ensure all agreements support the company’s strategic objectives and create mutual value.8. Digital & Operational Support

Work with the internal team to support online ordering growth, improve digital presence, and manage promotional campaigns.

• Analyse customer behaviour from online data to inform business decisions.

d) Skills, experience, and qualifications:

Strong analytical and market research skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Negotiation and contract-management experience.

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in fast-food, retail, hospitality, or customer-focused industries is an advantage.

Pay: £25,073.00-£56,000.00 per year
