Tele Sales Consultant – Asian Wedding Catering

We are seeking a confident and motivated Tele Sales Consultant to join our growing Asian wedding catering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-up calls
• Respond promptly to enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and effectively assess their needs
• Follow up leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates
• Coordinate appointments and tasting sessions with the events team
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey

Requirements

• Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries
• Good understanding of Asian cuisine to support client requirements and preferences

Language Requirements

• English – Essential
• Urdu / Hindi / Punjabi – advantageous but not essential
