Responsibilities

• Respond to wedding catering enquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Meet with couples to discuss catering packages, menus, and event requirements
• Prepare and send customised quotations and proposals
• Conduct venue visits and attend wedding fairs and networking events
• Build relationships with wedding venues, planners, and suppliers
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the catering and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and booking calendars
• Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales effectively
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of asian weddings and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients

Experience

• Previous sales experience in hospitality, catering, weddings, or events preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident, friendly, and professional manner
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work weekends and evenings when required
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Passion for weddings and events
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Hindi/ Urdu is a plus point but not neccesary
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective time management skills to prioritise activities in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,515.70 per year
