Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
• Present products and services to potential customers and provide suitable solutions based on client needs
• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and sales tools
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and sales activities
• Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on enquiries and campaigns
• Maintain excellent customer service by responding to client queries professionally and promptly
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall service quality and team performance

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive and professional attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Good IT skills, including CRM systems, etc.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
