– Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals

– Maintain and update customer database

– Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
– Assist in organizing sales events and trade shows

– Excellent communication skills in English and welsh (multilingual)
– Strong selling skills and ability to persuade customers
– Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
– Highly organized with strong time management skills
– Basic math skills for processing orders and invoices
