Summary

‘We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Clinic Assistant to join our team at ECC. Based at our clinic location, you will play a vital role in promoting our services, engaging with patients, and supporting our marketing initiatives to enhance community health awareness.

Responsibilities

‘ Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services.

• Engage with patients and visitors to provide information about treatments and wellness programs.
• Support the organization of community health events and promotional activities.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and patient feedback.
• Contribute to the creation of educational materials for patients.
• Support administrative tasks related to sales and marketing efforts.
• be able to manage front desk tasks during shifts
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience or interest in healthcare marketing or community outreach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
• at least 1 year Previous experience as a sales and marketing assistant.
• Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellness initiatives.
