At MFS, you will find a culture that supports you in doing what you do best. Our employees work together to reach better outcomes, favoring the strongest idea over the strongest individual. We put people first and demonstrate care and compassion for our community and each other. Because what we do matters – to us as valued professionals and to the millions of people and institutions who rely on us to help them build more secure and prosperous futures.
THE ROLE
The RFP role at MFS plays a critical role in supporting new business development, client retention efforts, and consultant relations inquiries by managing, writing, and coordinating high-quality, timely responses to RFPs, DDQs, and other information requests (collectively requests). This includes request scoping, stakeholder coordination, timeline management, and delivery oversight.
With direction from manager or senior team members, the role requires management of basic submitted requests, in addition to writing, communication, and data gathering as needed by other team members. Requests completed are reviewed by senior members throughout completion to ensure accuracy and quality. The role supports requests on a critical point within the client journey.
