Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Engage in active listening to understand customer requirements and preferences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
- Manage customer enquiries both face-to-face and via digital channels in a professional manner
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Utilise IT systems accurately for order processing, record keeping, and reporting purposes
- Restocking products efficiency and safely
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations at all timesSkills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour
- Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to drive confidently and safely in various conditions
