Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide menu information, assist with food choices, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing assistance as needed.
• Assist in bartending duties when required, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
• Support catering events as necessary, contributing to a seamless service experience.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Please do not apply to this role if you have no hospitality experience.
• Skills in bartending or food preparation are advantageous.
• A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to help create a positive environment.
