Job Overview
Warwick Baker Estate Agents are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a hybrid role combining residential accounts management with lettings and sales support.

This is a varied position suited to someone who is equally comfortable handling financial administration within Alto software and being out on the road conducting property viewings and inspections.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts (Alto Software)

• Managing landlord and tenant accounts using Alto
• Processing rental receipts and payments
• Preparing and issuing landlord statements
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Handling client money in accordance with regulations
• Assisting with year-end statements and reporting

Lettings Duties

• Conducting property viewings
• Carrying out routine property inspections
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Ensuring applicants are suitably qualified prior to viewings
• Assisting with tenancy progression where required

Sales Support

• Conducting occasional sales viewings
• Supporting the sales team with property enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of applicant activity

General

• Maintaining clear communication with the office team
• Updating Alto and internal systems accurately
• Ensuring diary coordination and appointment efficiency

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience in property (lettings, sales, or property management)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a professional manner
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Good IT skills and ability to learn systems quickly

Desirable

• Experience using Alto software
• Understanding of client accounting and property compliance
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Saturday work 9am – 3pm (with every 3rd Saturday off)

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
