Regulatory Compliance – Provision 29 (Contract) job at London Full Time

AVP – Regulatory Compliance (Provision 29 Project) – 9 Month Contract

• Location: London (Hybrid Working)
• Industry: Financial Services (Fintech)
• Pay Rate: £500 -£650 per day via umbrella (dependant on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced AVP – Regulatory Compliance to join a key Provision 29 regulatory project for a reputable Fintech firm.

Accepted candidates will come from a 2nd line regulatory compliance role with experience working directly on Provision 29 initiatives. Candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice period (max 2 weeks).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support regulatory compliance activities related to the Provision 29 project
• Conduct impact assessments and identify compliance gaps
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Business, and Technology teams
• Drive project implementation, remediation activities, and regulatory deliverables
• Prepare compliance documentation, reporting, and governance updates
• Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Regulatory Compliance experience
• Hands-on experience working on Provision 29 projects (mandatory)
• 2nd Line Regulatory Compliance experience within Financial Services (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
