You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end registration lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience. This role is a blend of operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

• Manage complex registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
• Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Review applications, documentation, and supporting evidence against regulatory requirements
• Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and quality assurance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes
• Handle escalations and resolve queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to support business needs

You will have previous experience in registrations, compliance, or a similar regulated environment and are comfortable in handling confidential information. You are accurate, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities. You should have strong IT skills
