The Role
You will be responsible for managing a busy and rewarding desk focused on placing high-calibre graduates into permanent paralegal roles across leading law firms and in-house legal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a high-volume permanent desk
- Placing top-tier graduates into paralegal roles
- Working closely with a strong base of existing, warm clients
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting high-quality candidates
- Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Driving revenue through consistent billing activity
