This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious sales professional to own and scale a Business Support desk recruiting for customer service, admin and office support roles across the area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new business across Commerce & Industry focusing on Customer Service, Sales, Junior HR, Junior Marketing, Data Entry & admin roles

• Building long-term client partnerships through outbound calls, BD, networking, and market mapping

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Visiting clients regularly across the Uxbridge patch (driving required)

• Representing the Reed brand in a region with big growth plans
