Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outbound sales activity
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to placement
• Conduct market mapping to identify new opportunities across professional services, financial services, and family office markets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery
• Identify and attract high-calibre candidates using a range of sourcing strategies
• Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members
• Support the Director with strategic growth initiatives to elevate and expand the business
• Represent the Victus Search brand at networking sessions, and industry events

Key Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience
• Demonstrable success in generating new business and managing client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organisational skills
