We are looking to a recruit an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to provide a professional front facing service to all clients and visitors to the Firm and carry out a wide range of administrative duties.
This is an office-based role, Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm (with an hour for lunch).
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist/ administrator, excellent client service and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
