About the Client:
The school takes great pride in offering a broad, balanced and rich curriculum. The school is looking for a strong and experienced Reception Teacher for a maternity cover from September 2026. If you would like to work in a thriving and successful school as a Reception Teacher, please read on.
Key Responsibilities for a Reception Teacher:
- Deliver the National Curriculum
- Observe and assess children’s progress
- Raising standards for all pupils as a Reception Teacher
- Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.
Required Skills and Qualifications for a Reception Teacher:
- QTS
- Previous experience working as a Reception Teacher
- At least 2 years’ experience teaching in London schools
- Excellent understanding of Phonics
