As a PTS Track Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the UK’s railway infrastructure, working on essential maintenance, installation, and repair projects that keep the rail network running safely and efficiently.

Comprehensive Training Includes:

• Safety Critical Training
• Personal Track Safety (PTS)
• Overhead Line Equipment Construction (OLEC1)
• Track Induction Course (TIC)
• Manual Handling
• First Aid & Fire Safety Awareness
• Small Plant & Tools Training
• Track Maintenance
• Track Construction

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and commitment to completing training
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A driving licence is advantageous but not essential
