Job Description:
This ambitious Sheffield consultancy is searching for a confident Principal Designer to take ownership of key projects across commercial, industrial and mixed-use sectors. You will be joining a forward-thinking team where you can develop quickly, gain responsibility and grow into a senior-level Principal Designer.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead PD services on varied projects
- Drive the design risk management process
- Provide clear, practical CDM advice
- Liaise with design teams and contractors
- Produce CDM documentation including PCI and H&S Files
Requirements:
- Experience delivering Principal Designer duties
- Strong understanding of design and construction
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Ambitious, proactive and commercially aware
