Our client is a globally recognised freight forwarding and logistics organisation, operating across multiple continents and serving a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join their team based in London Heathrow

Pricing Coordinator – The Role

This is a commercially focused position responsible for preparing competitive quotations for UK clients, overseas offices, and an established agent network. The successful candidate will work closely with global teams, client retention specialists, and sales colleagues to secure new business — delivering tailored pricing solutions that meet client expectations while driving profitability.

Pricing Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively and professionally with customers to ensure their quotation requirements are fulfilled in line with their booking instructions.
• Liaising with offices and agents both within the UK and abroad, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or specific requirements.
• Supporting compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partner offices to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Ensuring the business operates within all agreed operational procedures and statutory requirements, including the provision and maintenance of a safe working environment.

Pricing Coordinator – About You

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of operational freight knowledge and strong commercial acumen. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organisational and administrative abilities, and a proven track record of negotiating with vendors and suppliers. A solid commercial awareness, the ability to manage and maintain high data quality, and a strong understanding of KPIs and performance analysis are all essential to the role.

An operational background in Air, Ocean, or both is required, and knowledge of Dangerous Goods, while not essential, would be a distinct advantage. Above all, the successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, comfortable working across multiple functions within a fast-paced environment.
