Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Pokémon Enthusiast to join our sales team. This role combines a passion for Pokémon with strong sales and customer service skills, offering an exciting opportunity to engage with fellow fans while driving sales. This paid position is perfect for someone who loves Pokémon and has a flair for negotiation and B2C sales.

Trial Period:

• Trial shift consists of a 2-hour practice shift – (stock provided)
• Set-Up and training provided
• earn up to £150 during the 2 hour period.

If trial period is succesful, we will offer a full-time hosting position.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with live sales over voice.
• Valid UK ID – Passport/Drivers License
• Valid UK Phone number
• Valid UK Residential Address

Role:

• Engage with customers to promote Pokémon products and merchandise through excellent customer service
• Negotiate sales terms effectively to maximise revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about Pokémon items to enhance customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pokémon trends, new releases, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Qualifications

• Passionate about Pokémon with a strong understanding of the franchise’s universe, characters, and merchandise
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong communication skills in English
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanour

Pay: Up to £75.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
