We’re a busy, independent community pharmacy in the heart of Chalfont St Peter — the kind of place where staff know patients by name and genuinely care about the people who walk through our door. The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join us. Day to day, you’ll be dispensing accurately, supporting the pharmacist, and being a friendly, knowledgeable face for our patients — whether that’s explaining a new medication or just making someone feel at ease.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently, following our protocols
- Supporting the pharmacist with preparation and clinical services
- Helping patients understand their medications with patience and clarity
- Keeping on top of stock, records, and the smooth running of the dispensary
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding our high standards of patient safety
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Solid dispensary experience — you’ve done this before and you’re comfortable working at pace
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Titan PMR experience — this is important to us, so please mention it in your application
- The ability to vaccinate — not essential, but a real bonus if you hold this competency
- A full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
Beyond the practical stuff, we’re looking for someone warm, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about community pharmacy. Someone who’ll fit into our team and take ownership of what they do.
