Personal Secretary/Assistant to a private individual job at Malton Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide secretarial/personal assistant support to an elderly gentleman with a substantial and varied workload.

Working in a private residence, your job will be to provide secretarial support to the principal: answering the telephone, extensive diary management, audio-typing, and filing, as well as being responsible for placing online orders, receiving deliveries, together with occasional local errands.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills essential, due to having to work closely with a fully remote executive assistant. Previous secretarial experience is essential.

30 hours per week: hours to be mutually agreed.

Salary: Dependant on experience.
