The Opportunity
This is a career defining Personal Assistant (PA) role supporting an inspiring, kind and visionary founder operating across media, partnerships, and large-scale initiatives with millions of global reach!
It’s fast-moving, visible, and constantly evolving environment where you’ll be working directly with the founder as a true right hand — keeping everything moving, aligned, and followed through.
The Role
You will act as the Personal Assistant (PA) to the founder, managing both business and personal coordination across a high-volume, fast-paced schedule.
You will:
- Manage inbox, diary, and daily priorities in real time
- Capture and drive all follow-ups, actions, and commitments
- Coordinate meetings, travel, filming, and logistics
- Prepare briefs and ensure the founder is always one step ahead
- Travel with the founder and core team (mainly UK) to attend speaking engagements, filming and events
The detail
- Based in Wandsworth Town (5 days office-based)
- Regular time spent on the road (meetings, filming, events)
- A huge amount of flexibility will be offered but this role is not a 9-5 there will be some longer days
You
- Passionate, highly motivated, kind and values led
- An experienced Personal Assistant / EA, ideally supporting a founder or high-output individual
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently
- Exceptional communicator, able to deal with senior stakeholders
