Permanent Bid Coordinator – Tech procurement

We’re supporting a UK-based prime contractor operating across public sector frameworks in their search for a Bid Coordinator to join their tendering team.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the bid lifecycle – managing EOIs, RFIs and ITTs from receipt through to submission and follow-up, acting as the key link between customers and delivery partners.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end bid processes and meeting strict deadlines
• Interpreting tender documentation and coordinating partner responses
• Handling clarifications and submissions via procurement portals
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting reporting
• Acting as a key point of contact across phone, email, and video

What they’re looking for:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicator across written, phone, and video
• Able to manage multiple fast-moving tasks under pressure
• Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines
• Experience in IT / digital services and public sector work
• Self-starter who can also work effectively within a team
