Payroll Administrator job at East London Full Time

We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a supportive and collaborative payroll team. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and take pride in getting things right the first time, this role will suit you perfectly.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time by processing timesheets, validating information, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day payroll tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Timesheet validation – Checking submitted hours for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Payroll data entry – Inputting and updating employee information with precision and confidentiality.
• Team support – Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries and maintain smooth operations.
• Compliance checks – Ensuring all payroll activity aligns with statutory requirements and internal controls.
