We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Reception/ Front of House team, to deliver great customer service in a varied patient support and administration role.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly personable, motivated and organised individual who also has the ability to build lasting relationships with our client base.

To provide an excellent level of service to our patients and exceed their expectations throughout their patient journey with us

You will need to be able to multi task as there is a requirement to use a number of systems and platforms as well as being able to take incoming calls and manage patients coming in to the practice.

It is a busy fast paced role that requires previous administration experience as well as a passion for customer service.
