The Role
Part-time Frontline Receptionist (Mon – Thursday)
8.30am or 9am to 3pm
27k to 28k (pro rata) plus other excellent benefits
Key Duties
- Handling incoming calls and managing a busy switchboard
- Meet and greet on reception
- Handling post, some administration and data – entry
- Utilising Microsoft Office
Key Requirements
- Previous experience of working as a receptionist dealing with incoming calls and meet & greet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ideally be available immediately (desirable)
- Be able to commit to a permanent part-time position and work Mon- Thursday 8:30 or 900 AM to 3PM
- Be able to commute to the Uxbridge area
