Houston & Hawkes are seeking polished and experienced Part-Time Fine Dining Waiters to support premium lunch service and hospitality within an exclusive City client site. This is a role for hospitality professionals who understand that the smallest details make the biggest difference.
From beautifully presented client lunches to seamless meeting room hospitality and high-end events, you will be part of a team known for professionalism, warmth and exceptional standards.
This position offers the kind of work-life balance rarely found in hospitality – weekday lunch shifts, optional evenings and no weekends -all within a refined, high-end environment where quality and people truly matter.
THE ROLE
• Delivering elegant fine dining and hospitality service within a premium corporate setting
• Providing seamless client lunch service, meeting room hospitality and occasional high-end events
• Creating a polished, welcoming and professional guest experience at all times
• Preparing hospitality areas and dining spaces to impeccable standards
• Working closely with chefs and hospitality teams to ensure flawless service delivery
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail, presentation and service standards throughout
ABOUT YOU
• Previous fine dining or high-end hospitality experience essential
• Professional, confident and naturally guest-focused
• Calm and composed in busy service environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for refined hospitality and exceptional service
