Join our client’s team as a Temporary Part-Time Accounts Assistant!
Location: Moorgate
Hourly rate: £15.40 +!!
Contract: Temporary, 3 months in duration (potential to extend!)
Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the office
Start Date: ASAP
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Accounts Assistant to join a growing startup on a temporary, part-time basis! This is a unique role offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership while gaining exposure to a developing, innovative accounting platform.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is keen to contribute to both day to day finance operations and system improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and importing bank statements
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Raising and managing invoices
- Supporting general client accounting activities
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Confident using accounting software (experience across multiple systems is advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, small team environment
- Able to commit to 2 office-based days per week in London
