Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30
Hybrid working: Hybrid working (3/2)

Are you an experienced, confident and relationship-driven PA looking to support senior Partners within a high-performing, people-focused law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected West-End practice known for its exceptional culture, specialist expertise and genuinely collaborative environment.
We’re partnering with a leading firm seeking a polished, proactive Personal Assistant to support Partners within their Commercial Real Estate Team. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy managing complex diaries and financial processes, and love being the person who ensures everything runs seamlessly, this role could be an excellent next step.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of complex diaries and meeting logistics
- Managing inboxes on behalf of Partners, prioritising messages and drafting responses
- Handling compliance, billing and wider financial processes
- Supporting BD and Marketing with events, seminars and client engagement
- Ensuring all diary and travel information is accurately captured and updated
What we’re looking for:
- A confident, polished PA with experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong internal/external relationships
- Experience within Commercial Real Estate
