Operations Manager | Interiors, Architecture, or Construction ndustry Exp. Essential job at London Full Time

We’re working with a commercial interiors and workplace design business based in Central London that is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business and wider project operations.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience within commercial interiors, fit-out, workplace design, construction, furniture, or other project-led environments and who enjoys overseeing operational processes within fast-paced and collaborative businesses.

The position offers broad exposure across operations management, project support, supplier coordination, process improvement, and team coordination within a commercially focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operational activities across multiple projects and teams
• Supporting operational processes and workflow management across the business
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external partners
• Supporting project delivery, logistics, and scheduling coordination
• Assisting with operational planning and process improvements
• Supporting leadership teams with operational and commercial coordination
• Helping ensure projects and operational activities run efficiently and on schedule
• Supporting cross-functional communication across operational and project teams

We’re particularly interested in speaking with individuals who:

• Have previous experience within commercial interiors, fit-out, workplace design, construction, furniture, or other project-led sectors
• Have worked within an Operations Manager, Studio Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, or similar operational leadership role
• Are highly organised and commercially aware
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Are confident managing multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
• Enjoy working closely with operational, commercial, and project teams
