Online Scottish Curriculum Tutor (University Students in Scotland Welcome)
Location: Remote / Online

About the Role
We are currently hiring passionate and academically strong university students from Scotland to join our team as Online Scottish Curriculum Tutors. This is a flexible and rewarding part-time opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students who are interested in teaching and mentoring school students.
As a tutor, you will provide one-to-one online lessons for students studying under the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence (CfE) and help them improve their confidence, subject understanding, and exam performance.
Subjects Required
We are looking for tutors for:
- National 4 Mathematics
- National 5 Mathematics
- Higher Mathematics
- Advanced Higher Mathematics
- English
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Computing Science
- Business Management
- Modern Languages
- Other Scottish Curriculum subjects
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective one-to-one online tutoring sessions
- Support students with homework, coursework, and exam preparation
- Adapt lessons according to each student’s learning needs
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Currently studying at a university in Scotland or recently graduated
- Strong academic background in the subject(s) you teach
- Familiarity with the Scottish Curriculum (National 4/5, Higher, Advanced Higher)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
- Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not essential
