Job Overview
Location: Remote / Home-based
Contract: 0-Hour / Flexible
Pay: £150–£200 per week on-call (dependent on experience) + £13 per hour for any active work
About VCC
We are a new and ambitious company, providing virtual care coordination and support to care agencies and their carers. While we are not CQC registered, we operate fully in line with CQC guidelines, collaborating with agencies to maintain safe, high-quality care.
This role is ideal for part-time care coordinators, care managers, or senior carers who want to make a real difference, balance other work, or complement their income.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide virtual on-call support to agencies and carers, including guidance, escalation, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with other VCC staff and agency staff to ensure smooth handovers
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, advice, and incidents
- Work remotely and flexibly, responding to urgent or scheduled requests
- Follow CQC-aligned processes to support agency compliance
Hours: Mainly early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Pay: From £150.00 per week
