On Call Coordinator job at Colwyn Bay Full Time NEW

We are currently recruiting for an On Call Coordinator to assist our team of carers over the weekend. Please note, successful applicant must live within 30 minutes driving time of Colwyn Bay as there may be a need to respond to clients in the event of emergencies.

Duties to include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Accepting and processing changes and amendments to existing care packages
• Ensuring adequate cover is available for sickness
• Keeping accurate records on the system
• Preparation of reports as required by the company
• Providing personal care to clients during periods of staff absence

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and excellent IT skills

The successful applicant will be on call from 5pm on a Friday – 9am on a Monday. Alternative weekends can be considered for the right applicant.

Applicants will hold a minimum level 2 qualification in care.

A driving licence and car are essential for this role, as is the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
