We are currently supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernising identity and authentication processes across a global enterprise environment.

We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead to drive the people-side of this transformation, ensuring smooth adoption and strong engagement across global stakeholder groups.

OCM Lead (Non-SAP) – 4 month contract – 100% remote – €550 – 650/Day

Deliverables:

• Define and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to programme objectives
• Conduct detailed impact assessments across people, processes, and technology
• Develop and deliver targeted change interventions including communications, engagement, and training activities
• Partner closely with project leadership to integrate change activities into overall delivery planning
• Track adoption progress and provide clear reporting on change effectiveness and risks
• Support stakeholder alignment across multiple regions and functions

Background preferred:

• Proven track record as a Change Manager within large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of structured change methodologies (eg, Prosci, ADKAR or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities across senior and global audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and individuals through complex change environments
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight timelines
• Strong discipline in following governance frameworks and delivery standards
