Optegra has an exciting new job opportunity for an experienced NHS patient services administrator to join our amazing and dedicated contact centre team. The Role
As part of a team leading the delivery of our NHS Patient services Team, deliver virtual pre-operative consultations to assess the suitability of prospective patients for treatment along with administrative duties, including booking appointments and taking phone calls. Lead the provision of excellent customer service to patients, providing advice and guidance at all stages of the patient journey.
