Essential Therapeutic Care is committed to delivering positive outcomes for our young adults by ensuring an exceptional team ethos to achieve this.

The salary is £27,124 – £28,040 (upto £29,000 OTE) depending on experience (based upon a 40 hour per week average) . Shifts are on a rotaed basis and run from 07:00 – 15:00 & 14:00 – 22:00. There may be a requirement to work one overnight shift per week.

There is a sleep in premium of £50 per night.

The role of a Therapeutic Care Worker is a vital one in supporting our young adults as they transition to being independent. We support with their mental health difficulties. No two days are the same and you will be able to help develop and support a young adult through caring, being compassionate and emotionally aware.

• Previous experience working with Young People in a similar environment would be desirable but not essential as full training is given, along with the support of our in house team that bring exceptional experience and knowledge.
