Medication Management Specialist – Non-Medical Prescriber
Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, and we are looking for clinicians to join our team as a Medication Management Specialist with an interest in neurodevelopmental conditions.
You will be required to provide clinical input on side effects and medication safety, in collaboration with prescribers, to support safe and effective titration process. You will be working with service managers, team managers, pharmacy professionals, clinical staff and patients, ensuring high quality patient focused pharmaceutical care.
