Senior Quantity Surveyor – West London
Salary: £65,000 + Benefits
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects across Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, and Refurbishment works, ensuring successful commercial delivery from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commercial management of projects across FM, M&E, and refurbishment sectors

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts

Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations

Administer and manage NEC and JCT contracts with confidence
-
Ensure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and quality standards
-
Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to junior team members
-
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You:
-
Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in a senior role

Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract forms
-
Previous experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, or Refurbishment projects

Excellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
-
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), RICS accreditation desirable
