£39,11 per hour, inclusive of pro rata holiday entitlement and preparation time
We have an exciting opportunity for educational professionals with backgrounds in literature who have an interest, experience and passion in teaching courses in one or more of the following areas below.

City Lit are London’s largest provider of learning for adults, inspiring over 30,000 students a year and offering more than 5,000 courses, online and face-to-face. As a leader in our field, we have a century’s reputation for delivering the highest quality student experience.
You’ll be a key contributor to our Humanities department, where our renowned high-quality courses focus on inspiring students to explore and develop their knowledge, understanding and critical faculties. The department is committed to widening participation and to decolonising the curriculum. We are particularly interested in tutors who can introduce students to texts that expand their appreciation for diverse literary voices.
You will be part of a supportive team and receive plenty of opportunities for developing your teaching practice in ways that centre learning.
