About Us
Kids-Joy Nursery is an Ofsted-registered nursery in Croydon, providing high-quality early years care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are a warm, dedicated team who are passionate about giving every child the best possible start in life.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable, qualified and enthusiastic Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team on an immediate basis. You will be a key person for a group of children, delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Maintain accurate observations, assessments and learning journeys
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Essential Requirements
- Full Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years nursery experience
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Two professional references including most recent employer
- Reliable, professional and passionate about early years
